Indo-Boomerang Association is the first registered National Boomerang Sport organization of India, bearing the registration no, S/RS/DW(5WW)/1752/2010, from the Society Registrar under the Society Registration Act 1860.
By applying for a membership, you warrant that:
When a person (you) applies, Indo-Boomerang Association (we) will consider your application, and you will be informed when we accept your membership.
The fee for Membership is INR 10000.00 (Rupees Ten Thousand) only, to be paid for One Time Membership, and the fee for Annual Subscription is INR 1500.00 (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred) only, to be paid within 15 days of end date of validity each year. Fees are liable to change at any lime, but such changes will not affect memberships which have already been made. Payments can be made by cash/ cheque/ Demand Draft (DD)/ Online.
We treat as a top priority the safety and well-being of all members attending Indo-Boomerang Association programs. Each member must agree with the rules and code of conduct for members and participants. Any abuse (physical or verbal) against other members, players, coaches, staff and members of the public will be busted with ZERO tolerance and will result in their immediate removal from the Indo-Boomerang Association membership. The Association reserves the right to remove those with behaviour detrimental to the interests or safety of Indo-Boomerang Association members/participants. In case of removal from a Program for any of those reasons, no refund of any fees paid shall be made.
Full refund will be made on cancellation of subscription, if made within 5 days from the date of submission, provided the Financial Year hasn't started. The one-time membership fee will not be refunded. In all cases refunds of money received from members will usually be made by the same method originally used by you to pay for your Program.
Full responsibility for any claims, losses, costs, articles or liabilities arising out of t or related to participation in the training sessions and/or match/s is solely their own. These activities carry with them some degree of risk both to person and property and participant must participate in these sessions knowing this risk. In cases of medical emergency or in the unlikely event of an accident, you must release, waive and hold harmless the Indo-Boomerang Association, including all member companies and its affiliates thereof, coaches, technical staff and directors from any claims, losses, damages or expenses which may arise during the training sessions and/or match/es. Indo-Boomerang Association will not be responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage even if such losses result from a deliberate breach of these terms that would entitle you to terminate the Contract. You shall be liable for the cost of any damage to the property or facilities caused by you or persons under your control.
Other than notices of Cancellation sent under the Articles of Association, all notices must be sent by e-mail to the official ID of indoboomerang@gmail.com at the organization's correspondence of R-67, Khirki Extension, Malviya Nagar, Delhi-110017. Notices will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an e-mail is sent, or 3 days after the date of posting any letter.
You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a Membership, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without prior written consent from us. Our Operator may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a registration, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the registration validity.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any obligations OR REFUNDS under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, a Force Majeure Event, which includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without Imitation) the following:
No waiver by us of any of these terms and conditions shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you by notice in writing. The right to waiver rests solely with the Governing Body of Indo-Boomerang Association.
if any of these terms or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms. conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These terms and conditions, the Registration Form. Subscription Form and any other document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the registration or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by Indian law, and all such disputes or claims shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
